Information we process
We process registration and account details, workspace membership, billing and credit activity, service logs, support communications, and the connection information needed to reach services you authorize. When you use AI, OCR, integrations, or accounting workflows, we process the prompts, documents, extracted fields, and business records necessary to complete the request.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Mantle, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, perform requested operations, meter usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, communicate with you, and improve reliability and product quality.
Service providers and connected platforms
We may send the minimum necessary data to infrastructure, payment, email, AI, OCR, and integration providers that help operate Mantle. Manager.io and any other service you connect processes data under its own policies. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type and account state. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account information, disconnect integrations, revoke workspace access, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
